Through a carefully crafted progression of theoretical insights, practical workshops, and personal development exercises, participants systematically explore critical business domains including sales, marketing, communications, and human resources. 

WEEK 1

Week 1 focuses on professional self-discovery, helping participants understand their career motivations through comprehensive interest and skills assessments like RIASEC, QMA/QMF, and behavioral testing. The week culminates in an in-depth exploration of sales roles, techniques, and team leadership, providing a foundational understanding of commercial career pathways.

WEEK 2

The second week delves into marketing and digital professional landscapes, offering participants a comprehensive view of industry roles and strategic campaign development.
